can someone show me how to solve this question?? I've never seen this question before....

Find a -2 along the x (horizontal) axis and draw a line. y=0 even though that is not stated. Vertical lines have a slope but you just cannot define it. Some textbooks call this no slope, but that is just a bad way of putting it.
