7(3x^3-1)= 21x^2
7(2x^2-1)= 14x
so would it be 21x^2+14x/x
I don't know how to go further than this

I don't know the foggiest idea what you are doing.
first of all, I think you probably meant
f(x) = (7x^3 + 7x^2)/x , or else the last term would simply be 7x
from my assumption, then
f(x) = 7x^2 + 7x
f'(x) = 14x + 7

I think i see what i am doing wrong thank you very much :)
