I don't know where your chart got its figures, but this site shows that 1 Singapore dollars is worth about 0.44 British pounds. However, your answer is close, especially considering the fluctuation rates of currencies.
By multiplying 250 * 0.44 I got 250 Singapore dollars is worth 110 pounds.

I did 2,552.0 times 250 and got 638,200. The answer is 96 pounds and some cents, but I have no idea how to come up with that answer.
