I get 15π/13 , which is not one of your choices.

pi not 2 pi
13 pi/13 - 11 pi/13 = 2 pi/13
so
d
13 pi/13 - 11 pi/13 = 2 pi/13
so
d

The answer provided by Damon is correct. To be more precise supplement in Geometry means to add to, so Pi is 180 degrees. we need to add 2pi/ 13 in order to be 1 Pi. Therefore the answer is d.
