Find B when A = 76 degs, a = 34, and b = 21.

My ans: 0.5993 degs

Determine the area of the triangle in which A = 126 degs, b = 9, and c = 10.

My ans: 36.41^2 units?

Find a when C = 130 degs, B = 29 degs, and c = 15.

My ans: 7.02

1 answer

for #1, you were not finished, all you had was
sin B = .5993 , you now have to take the arcsine
angle B = appr 36.8°

#2
area = (1/2)(9)(10)sin126° = 36.41 units^2
not 36.41^2 units
(36.41^2 would be 1325.4)

#3
angle A - 180-130-29 = 21°
a/sinA = c/sinC
a/sin21 = 15/sin130
a = 15sin21/sin130 = appr 6.697

no idea how you got 7.02
Did you round off too early, if you have a calculator don't round off intermediate answers.
Use the calculator's memory to store intermediate answers, or else do only one calculation at the end like I did above.
