Fe(OH)3 = Fe(OH)2 + H2O2

What is the oxidizer and reducer?
Is the oxidizer Fe(OH)3
I'm know sure about the reducer

oxidation states
Fe went from +3 to +2, it gained electrons
O went from -2 to -1, it lost and electron.

Lost electron: oxidixed, is the reducing agent
gained electron: reduced, is the oxidizing agent.
so the oxidizer ( oxidizing agent) is Fe and it is what is reduced
the reducer ( reducing agent ) is O and it was oxidized

Thank you
