Factoring Completely!
13b^2-13
I got
(13b-13)(1b-1).
On my test my teacher said it was party wrong.And she underlined the two Thirteen's i had in my answer.
And i don't understand why!?

Also on another one.The problem is..
2d^2+3d-2
I got
(2d+2)(1d+1)
But she crossed out the numbers two and one, on my paper.And i don't understand Why?
Please if you could HELP ME!

Factor completely means complete. You can factor 13 out...
13(b-1)(b+1)
if you multiply out what you put in parenthisis, it wont be equal to the original. Notice the - sign on the last term.
Try
(2d-1)(d+2)
