Muslims are people who follow the religion of Islam. Although the most populous Muslim nation is Indonesia, an island nation in southeast Asia, the Middle East is the region with the most Muslims. Muslims are found in many different ethnic groups.

Arabs are people whose ancestors came from the Arabian Peninsula. Many migrated to other countries in the Middle East and some have emigrated to other parts of the world. Although most Arabs are Muslims, some follow other religions.
