Example : 4 + 5 radical 3

How does that work??

And how do you divide the answer with 12?

(P.S made the problem up but that's the concept of what I don't get)

2 answers

4+5^3 5 x 5 x 5 =125

125+4 = 129 129/12 = 1.75

all you gotta do is take it step my step... always remember PEMDAS
4 + 5 radical 3
= 4 + 5√3
= 4 + 5(1.7321)
= 12.6603

now if you want to divide that by 12, just do it
to get 1.055
