Anyone can enter the contest -- no matter what their age.
However adult professional artists will judge the entries.
Entries will be judged by professional artists only. Each quarterly judging and the Grand Prize judging may have different panels of judges. The decisions of the judges are entirely their own and are final.
They said in the FAQ:
Q: Are there any restrictions due to age or education level?
A: We welcome entries from all ages and walks of life.
But they said this is for Entries will be judged by professional artists only. Do they mean students (or adults) who are good artists can do the contest. I'm just making sure so please do not judge.
