Entries can be submitted for only $45 (with each additional entry for only $25) until January 16, 2012. Do they mean I should send $45 or 25?????

I'm reading the entry form for National Children Book of the Year Contest since I'm going to partcipate in it.
The first entry costs $45. If you submit more than one entry, then the cost of each of these is $25.
