ene (Allele) Description Eyes Monsters with 2 eyes is dominant (E) Monsters with 1 eye is recessive (a) Dominant Recessive

1 answer

In monsters, the allele for having two eyes (E) is dominant over the allele for having one eye (a). This means that if a monster inherits one copy of the dominant allele for having two eyes and one copy of the recessive allele for having one eye, it will have two eyes. Only monsters with two copies of the recessive allele for having one eye will actually have just one eye.
