Often time’s harmful words were accompanied by acts of violence towards Jews as well.

No!! Do not use an apostrophe for a plural. Apostrophes are used to show possession.
K do I need a comma after times then? and if not could the sentence be improved?
No comma is needed in this sentence.
You should also omit the word "times" -- using the word "often" is all you need.
