Does anyone know a website or a book where I have some General Cognitive Ability Tests/ Standardized Exams for free? The sites I found are not what I was looking or were asking me to pay.

I don't know of any free quality exams. However, if you want to take a cognitive ability test, I suggest you contact a university that teaches master's level psychology students. Often these students need people to whom they can get practice administering these tests.
