I'm afraid that's a problem for many home-schooled students. There are good reasons to learn in a local brick and mortar school with live teachers and other students.
You could promise yourself a treat when you finish a task.
Does any one have any tips on how to stay focused and be productive while homeschooling ? I am supposed to be taking a Unit review test right now but I cant make myself do it.

One thing that will help, though, is to put on some music (use noise-canceling headphones for best results) -- but the music needs to be classical music, not the modern-day stuff, and certainly nothing with lyrics! Baroque classical music works best. Some of those composers are Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Pachelbel ... https://www.thoughtco.com/top-baroque-period-composers-723776

Just do the work and think of the consequences of you not doing it.
