Do different line sources emit different line spectra?

If you mean line sources such as hollow cathode lamps, etc, the answer is yes. A sodium hollow cathode lamp emits a spectrum of sodium and other hollow cathode lamps emit appropriate line spectra according to what the lamp contains. There are deuterium line sources, also, but those also radiate continuous radiation as does a tungsten bulb.
