dividing fractions....how do i solve this...
4/9 divided by 2/3=
or
9/10 divided by 9/10=
One thing I do remember is how to divide fractions!
4/9 divided by 2/3 = 4/9 multiplied by 3/2
Then once you've multiplied across, reduce the resulting fraction if you can.
So how will you re-state the second problem?

Multiplying fraction is the inverse operation of division, so watch this:
4/9 divided by 2/3 is the same as....
4/9 multiplied by 3/2
or 12/18 (needs to be reduced.
7/11 divided by 7/22
Invert the second fraction and multiply across -- what do you get?
??
