Breathing is the process of taking in oxygen and eliminating carbon dioxide. Respiration is the breakdown of oxygen in the body- although both are needed for all living organisms

Is this true? If not may you please fix the statement

1. Required for all living organisms.
2. Uses oxygen.

Differences:
1. Breathing: takes in oxygen (expels carbon dioxide).
Respiration: breaks down oxygen so cells can use it.
2. Breathing: physical process
Respiration: chemical process
