For this semester, I will focus on the following two goals in my PE class:

  2. I will go to bed at a reasonable hour and not use screen time one hour before I go to bed daily. I will do this until the end of this semester.

These goals will help me improve my overall health and wellness while promoting better habits for my daily life.
