For this semester in my PE class, I will focus on the following two goals:

Follow a Healthy Eating Plan: I will commit to following my own healthy eating plan each week until the end of the semester. This includes making nutritious choices, planning my meals, and ensuring I consume a balanced diet.

Limit Sugar Intake: I will limit eating and drinking foods and beverages with added sugar to improve my overall health each week. This goal will help me become more aware of my sugar consumption and its impact on my health.
By working on these two goals, I aim to enhance my overall well-being and develop healthier lifestyle habits.
