y = (Square root x)(x − 10)

use the product rule on

y = (x^(1/2))(x-10)
dy/dx = x^(1/2) (1) + (1/2)x^(-1/2) (x-10)
= (1/2) x^(-1/2) ( 2x + x-10)
= (3x-10)/(2√x)
