How many mols do you need? That's M x L = 0.5 x 0.250 = ?
Weigh out that many grams of Na2CO3, place in a 250 cc volumetric flask, add some distilled water and swirl until all of the Na2CO3 is dissolved, then add distilled water to the mark on the flask, stopper, mix thoroughly.
