Make aqueous solution of CuSO4 and NaOH, mix the two solutions, filter the precipitate of Cu(OH)2 solid that forms and dry the Cu(OH)2. If you wish to recover the Na2SO4 that can be done by evaporating the water in the filtrate to dryness and collecting the solid Na2SO4 that is left behind.
