1) Do you think it's possible to say "according to the opinion of many analysts" (I mean 'according' + 'opinion', or just "according to many experts")?
2) Do you think it's correct to say: "the country exercises its foreign policy by financial aid" (is 'by' OK or is it "by providing aid")?

In each sentence, the second phrasing is far better, yes!
