Short-Term Goals:
- Daily Exercise: Engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week to improve my fitness level and mental well-being.
- Reading for Pleasure: Read one book each month to cultivate a reading habit and explore new genres.
- Mindfulness Practice: Meditate for 10 minutes every morning to enhance focus and reduce stress.
Long-Term Goals:
- Financial Literacy: Attend a personal finance workshop within the next six months and create a budget plan to save 20% of my income over the next year.
- Skill Development: Learn a new language to conversational proficiency within two years, dedicating time weekly to practice and engage with native speakers.
- Travel Experience: Plan and complete a solo trip to at least three different countries in the next five years to broaden my cultural perspectives and experiences.
Academic Goals
Short-Term Goals:
- Homework Commitment: Dedicate at least one hour each day to homework and study to stay ahead in my courses and reinforce learning.

- Set reminders on my phone to review these goals weekly to maintain motivation and focus.
