cos π/3 = 1/2 so in QIV, cos(2π - π/3) = 1/2
Only cos and sec are positive in QIV, so just use what you know about the other functions of π/3.
the other one is just in QI, so no problem there, right? Just think of the standard 8-15-17 triangle.
Cos theta= 1/2 and 3pi over 2<theta<2pi
Sin theta= 8/17 and 0< theta< pi over 2
