Comment dit-on “the second floor” en français?

On dit “le premier étage.”
On dit “une commode.”
On dit “en bas.”
On dit “le rez-de-chaussée”

According to Google, le premier etage, and le rez-de-chaussee mean first, and ground floor. 'En bas' means basement, and 'une commode' means dresser. I was wondering, since, 'downstairs' is the only other option that isn't either irrelevant to the question or meaning first floor, would C be the answer?

“Le premier étage” is actually the second floor to Americans. "Le rez-de-chaussee" is the ground or first floor.
