How can we help you choose a topic when we know absolutely nothing about you and your experiences???
One thing that has worked well for some students of mine in the past is this:

Think of something you really wanted or really wanted to do. You planned for it; you saved up for it; or whatever. But once you got what you wanted, you hated it.

What happened? Why did you want this so much? What did you go through to get what you wanted? What did you do once you realized it was a bad idea in the first place?
Have you ever assembled a lego village? Carved a piece of wood? Put on a pair of pants when dizzy? Been in a carwreck?
