Change into standard form

y^2+12x+2y+=-25

-4y = x^2 + 6x +5
= x^2 + 6x + 9 - 9 + 5
= (x+3)^2 - 4
divide both sides by -4

y = (-1/4) (x+3)^2 + 1

try the second the same way.
(looks like some kind of type, what does .. 2y+=-25 mean ?)
