What is your question?
Be cautious on the "facts" and where you get them. The "biographical" movie is full of made up facts, which are not true, and did not happen. So often stories are embellished, and become fodder for popular consumption, and case studies in abnormal behaviour. Karen had an eating disorder, and died of heart failure, and had a long history of being compulsive about her image as "chubby".

I hope you look broader at the disorder than the "facts" you are presented with on Karen.
Her disorder would be labeled anorexia nervosa.
