two points are (-3/2, 0) and (0,3)
slope = (3-0)/(0+3/2)
= 3/(3/2) = 2
so equation of 1st line is y = 2x + 3
2nd line:
slope = 3(2) = 6
y intercept = 3 + 28 = 31
equation of 2nd line: y = 6x + 31
intersection:
6x + 31 = 2x+3
4x = -28
x = -7
then y = 2(-7) + 3 = -11
