Can you please check these sentences for me. It's really urgent.
1) Our science teachers are enthusiastic about your proposal of holding our first meeting in Italy.
2)However, prior to our meeting, the head of our science department would like to discuss the theme of our project - biodiversity in water and waterways- in further detail with you. 3) I gave her your email address so that she can get in touch with you personally over the next few days.
4)Please use Italian (or English) when emailing her so (that) she won't have problems in understanding.
5) I really hope our French partner has agreed to use English as lingua franca for our project otherwise we won’t be able to join in (the project??).
We are all looking forward to working with you.
