not quite. The 1st derivative is
(-2x^2+4)/√(4-x^2)
The 2nd derivative is
(2x^3-12x)/(4-x^2)3/2
(-2x^2+4)/√(4-x^2)
The 2nd derivative is
(2x^3-12x)/(4-x^2)3/2
