Sara, I am not inclined to rewrite that for you so you can "understand it clearly". How do I know what you can understand clearly?

Why don't you rephrase it in words which you think it means, and I can check that to see if it is accurate.

The oscilating theory is about the universe growing so big that as it does the force of all the galaxies and the other matter in the universe turn out immense enough to slow that expansion down or overturn it.

Is this good?
