Can someone explain how 6/3 is greater than 10/15? thanks for your help.

First, we need to make sure both fractions have the same denominator. Multiply 6/3 by 5/5 and this gives us 30/15. Since 30>10, 6/3>10/15.
Also in 6/3, the numerator is greater than the denominator.
Or, by the "Simply Look At It" Theorem
6/3 = 2
and 10/15 < 1
6/3 = 2
and 10/15 < 1
