My answer:The reason for the cat's illness was because she is allergic to the the dog.

3.A book that has an exciting introduction and a surprising ending would be the best story for me to read.
MY answer: (I'm not that sure I think ) Correct or I should write it like this:A book that has an exciting introduction and a surprising ending would be the best for me to read.

4.The driving exam is when one is tested on the rules of the road.
My answer:The driving exam includes test on the rules of the road.

5.The homeowners' association rules were created to ensure that the neighborhood looked nice.
My answer:Correct no change.

My answer:The driving exam includes test on the rules of the road. OK but add "a" between "includes" and "test"

5.The homeowners' association rules were created to ensure that the neighborhood looked nice.
My answer:Correct no change. OK if you mean it needed to look nice only in the past; if you mean it needs to look nice in the past and the present and future, then change "looked" to "look"

It ss not correct. It is supposed to be, "Implementing our resolution should begin at midnight on January 1."

May I ask who submits the answers to these? Is it an instructor, a student, a homemaker, just someone off the street? Just wondering...thanks
