The correct answer for Cr is
5OH^- + Cr(OH)3 ==> CrO4^2- + 4H2O + 3e
Can anyone please assist showing half reactions balancing, balancing of e- and the additions of H2O, H+ and then since its BASIC!!!! the final addition of OHs?
Cr(OH)3+ ClO^-=>CrO4^2- +Cl2
