I think you were meant to do this without a calculator.

sqrt[(16*10^113)/250*10^-28]
= √[(16/2500)*10^142]
= (4/50)*10^71
= .08*10^71
= 8.0 * 10^69

If you put bobpursley's expression into Google with brackets around it and an exponent of 1/2 to get my answer.
