speed = wavelength x frequency
wavelength = speed / frequency
wavelength = (3 x 10^8) / (1040 x 10^3)
wavelength = 288.5 metres
Calculate the wavelength of each of the following frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.
1040 kHz} (typical frequency for AM radio broadcasting) (assume four significant figures) in METERS?
Can someone help me?

original math now modified with WooF's Speed of light 299820/fKhz) = 288.2884615
.3 meter difference
Meh
BUT.. WooF has had troubles and always uses a different Speed of light when working with Higher Frequencies.
3E8 (three exponent eight) is easier than 299820 to type in a calculator, sometimes that isn't the best choice.
woof is still learning, and hopes your projects are a success.
