E = Eo - 0.0591/1 log[V(OH)4]^+[H^+)^2/[VO]^2[H2O]^3
You will need to look up the Eo value for [V(OH)4]^+ to [VO]^2+
Calculate the potential of a platinum electrode immersed in a solution that is 0.1996 M in V(OH)4 ^+ . 0.0789 M in VO^2+ and 0.0800 M in HClO4
