Biot's savart law??
1 answer
Biot-Savart law is a fundamental law in electromagnetism that describes the relationship between a magnetic field and the electrical current that produces it. It states that the magnetic field created by a current-carrying conductor is directly proportional to the current and the distance from the conductor, and inversely proportional to the square of the distance. The law is used to calculate the magnetic field produced by a wire or a current-carrying conductor at a point in space. It is named after the French mathematician Jean-Baptiste Biot and the French physicist FĂ©lix Savart, who independently discovered the law in the early 19th century.
