Out of the 4 molecules above which would have the highest melting point and which would have the lowest boiling point?

would H2O have the highest melting point and CH4 have the lowest boiling point?

I don't know how you judge BH3. I think that exists as B2H6. Otherwise, I think you are correct with your two answers. You could check this out by Googling melting point of each and boiling point of each. If you do that along with B2H6 your answers are in line with those numbers.
