Before a chemical reaction reaches equilibrium,

I am so confused with all of these answers, can you please explain to me what each of the means and give me a hint go which on it could be?

reading over it again I think it may be D is that correct?
I agree the answers are confusing but your answer of D is correct.
D is the true answer if u draw conc.in the y-axis and time in the x-axis for reactants ans product u will see that conc. of reactants decrease and conc. of the product increase till the equlilibrium point and rate is directly proportional to conc. thx alot
