you gave the amounts per 1000ml
So multiply each by 1/4 .
I believe Bob P made a typo with that 1/4. You should multiply each by 180/1000 and the last one will be added water to make 180 mL which will be approximately 725 x 180/1000.
yep, wasn't typo, I misread the volume to be made up.
