Is it more important for you as a business owner to protect your business from criminal activity such as break-ins and robbery, or liability issues, such as slipping and falling? As the owner of a small business with limited funds I think that is would paramount to protect my business against liability issues.

I agree. Liability issues can be far more expensive than lpsses from robberies. Therefore, liability insurance should be a priority over theft insurance.
