Question

As you can see, improving your sense of self-efficacy is all about setting achievable goals and then achieving them. Your task for this first exercise, therefore, is to think of a new achievable goal for yourself and to take steps toward achieving it. You can move toward more difficult goals later, but for now, think of something that you already know you’re good at, and think of a challenge to set yourself. It doesn’t matter if you find this challenge relatively easy; it’s easy because you’re good at something! Other people may find your particular challenge quite difficult. For example, while some people may find running a race quite easy, for others that would be the most challenging item on the list. Find what you’re good at, and see how far you can go with it. After you have taken your first steps, write about your experience in around 200 words.
