I think D. Because you can put the rows into groups for example row 1 and row 2 is one group etc. You will have 6 groups in total. There are 6 sides on a die. So then when you roll the die you are narrowed down to two rows. Flip a coin to choose between row A and row 2.

together they have 12 possible combined outcomes ... 6 * 2
