Any molecule which causes the synthesis (to be made) of an antibody when that molecule is present in the organism.

Could anybody help me please to figure out how this works out? That would be very much appreciated, thank you.

It might be E, Antigen, I believe, as when an antigen is not recognized as "self", it cause the synthesis of an anti-body.
