175 = 5*5*7
250 = 2 * 5 * 5 * 5
I assume they both plan to complete their journey in <b>the same</b> whole number of days...
The only factors in common are 5 or 25.
Using 5 days, then Anthony needs to ride 35km/day, and Sam needs to ride 50km/day
If 25 days, then A=7km/day and S=10km/day.
I'd say they take 5 days.
250 = 2 * 5 * 5 * 5
