As a CNA, I believe that possessing essential traits such as dependability, responsibility, and a cooperative attitude is crucial to providing quality care to residents. These traits are important to me as they showcase professionalism and dedication to the well-being of others. To portray them and help other CNA's do the same, I plan on leading by example by reporting to work on time, completing tasks promptly and quietly, seeking assistance when needed, and always communicating clearly and respectfully with residents and staff. Additionally, I believe that accuracy, the ability to report mistakes, and respect for others are essential traits that would greatly benefit residents, staff, and employers. By consistently demonstrating these traits, I aim to create a positive and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
